Thompson Safety is one of the few companies I’ve worked for that truly walks the talk when it comes to supporting its people. From day one, I’ve felt empowered, heard, and trusted. Leadership encourages ownership, collaboration, and growth—and the resources are there to back it up. There’s a clear vision for the company, and it’s exciting to be part of something that’s scaling quickly while still maintaining its values. The culture is fast-paced but positive. Wins are celebrated, effort is recognized, and there’s a real sense of team. I’ve also been blown away by the support network across departments—people genuinely want to help each other succeed.
Cons
The only "con" is that you have to be ready to hustle. It’s a high-accountability environment, but if you’re driven and solution-oriented, you’ll thrive.
