Pros

Great experience for a future job - great learning experience. Pay is decent depending on your market.

Cons

Constant turnover/firing-->led to toxicity. They claim "room for growth" but really just whoever doesn't burnout. Activity/quota tough requirement given the training, turnover, and coercing sales tactics. Small branches (like mine) run individually but also report to HQ. C-Suite at mercy of a private equity company, sometimes tough to relay.
