My entire experience with Thompson Safety has been positive. From a quick and smooth onboarding, in depth training, and an opportunity to increase my compensation through sales I’ve been nothing but satisfied. Management is organized and is always willing to offer a helping hand when needed.

Cons

GFCC and Achievers club could be handled in a different fashion.

Great to work for a young and growing company. Good for anyone that is willing to learn and be competitive. Along with that there is a good set plan for anyone to look into the future of their career progression. Plenty of opportunities to work up to the next best position with guidance along the way. Good culture fit for all with the ability to lean off peers for help when needed.
