      Good way to get outside sales experience

      Cons

      No training Literal revolving door Horrible base, below 50k Fixed car allowance, literally incentivizes you not to drive in an outside sales role… Commission structure horrible, takes 12 months to get paid out on sales No training at all, just go figure it out and if you can’t you’re on a pip quick Culture was HORRIBLE, management style was to always create fear and make you feel like you’re doing nothing. Acts like this job is the big leagues, yet they’ll hire anyone out of college who sniffed the field in a D3 sport.

      Micro Management that talks down to you and doesn't listen. Will degrade you and intimidate you as much as they can. You better drink the Kool-Aid.

      Pros

      This company is fast growing and sure to make money. They have grown through aquisitions and Private equity funding. They have gobbled up alot of customers due to their competative pricing model.

      Cons

      Their competitors are adjusting their pricing, causing growth to slow down. Also, most of these reviews are fake to keep the score within typical margins. I know this for a fact due to conversations with leadership. We were encouraged to create reviews for our locations to achieve this. Also, very high turnover here regardless of performance or talent. Look at people's linkedin if you don't believe me. 6 months to a year is about how long people last here. They will have you work 50 hours or more and toss you out once you start to burn out. They recruit alot of people under the guise of fast growth and opportunities. But these are all lies to get you in the door and overwork yourself.
