Great leadership and community in the office. Leaders and coworkers always willing to help you grow. Relaxed culture, but still super driven to succeed. Company is growing rapidly and has bright future.

With growth comes new people and more work, so sometimes tasks are not done as quickly desired.

- Great place to get sales experience

Cons

The workload is unmanageable; management will pressure you to work long hours to complete all tasks without any incentive. You will find yourself taking on additional tasks without any pay increase. Several employees made management aware of branch concerns; absolutely nothing was done about it. " Work longer hours" was the answer. Toxic work environment, however, each branch is different. Promote from the outside
