The use of web base conference tools makes your work more easy since you will not depends on rooms availability: you have your own conference user ready 7x24.

Cons

Unfortunately, you have no control over the people assigned to your project, so it is sometimes a real challenge to make them work into your project activities. You will never know about their assignment even when you get them assigned at 100%
