Pros

While a large company, we have the small company mentality of taking care of each other, both in our work and personal lives. Leadership continues to make efforts to improve recognition and appreciation at a larger level. We have opportunities to learn and grow. Diversity and recognizing authentic selves is a priority, from local resource groups to C-Suite level discussions and actions.

Cons

Lots of change can lead to lots of uncertainty, and we've been through lots of change recently. There's a tendency to push change and growth from new leadership, but to assume that those who've been here long aren't ready and excited to help lead that change.
