Pros

* Thank you for going the extra mile in challenging times, pandemic was tough on all, but company shifted gears and allowed people to remain productive while working from home, did not layoff at such a difficult time. * Introduced Covid leave and mental health day which meant a lot to people who were impacted * Show appreciation for team performance. Acknowledge efforts/results on a specific project. * Recognizes& encourage an employee's commitment to sharpening their skills. It reinforces positive behavior and boost morale. * In TR employees know that their thoughts and opinions are valued and that they are actively contributing to a creative and dynamic work culture. * Setting smart goals (KPIs) aligned with company OKRs is important for success and that is stressed a lot in TR. * Introduction of Mentor program and Ten Thousand Coffees is very good initiative by HR

Cons

* TR has acquired a lot of companies and with it came complex systems. There is a gap in KT and documentations which leads to complexity in program delivery.
