      Pros

      I have enjoyed working at Thor over the past two years. It is continuously growing, has a family atmosphere, and exceptional leadership. I received great training when I was first hired, and immediately felt welcomed into the workplace. The executive team and high level management make a substantial effort to be approachable and accessible. The work environment is excellent, and the supervisors take good care of the employees.

      Pros

      I've worked at THOR for a little less than a year now and the senior leadership supports most, if not, all of the staff in growing their skills and owning their function. I've grown more in this position than I have in any other and can always rely on the support and mentorship of Division Managers and Senior Leadership.

      Cons

      Corporate work at THOR is not for the faint-hearted and if you prefer the bureaucracy of a larger company then this may not be the company for you.

      Pros

      My boss was very understanding. If you needed to leave early you could just call and ask her to leave and she was fine with it. She only came to check on us twice a week. You get to pick what time you want to work. You can pick anytime between 6am-5pm

      Cons

      The supervisors treated us like children. They didn’t like when we talked to each other. We were at work for 8 1/2 hours but only got paid for 8 because 30mins is considered an unpaid lunch break.
