      The good the bad and the ugly

      Pros

      Most of the program managers were great to work with. Positive attitudes, listened and gave useful feedback.

      Cons

      The business development team is a joke. The VP is extremely rude and says things that don't need to be said from someone of an "elevated position" in the company. Also, the CEO and COO have no say in the company which is ridiculous.

      Thor is a good place to work. The company execs treat employees like family, and they are busting their butts to grow the company.

      Growth is hard, but it is good. Standard growth challenges.
