Pros

Enthusiastic people. Potential of being a good company, but they continue to run after things without any clear vision.

Cons

Technology behind the scenes is really bad. Tech leadership should not be in leadership role. They keep shifting directions. The founding CEO left the company (if that does not tell you something). Best not to work here because everyone will be laid off at some point.

Cons

The negotiation of package pricing was challenging to be competitive with similar solutions. It was a longer sale cycle than expected.
