Cons

Like many other reviews have said before me, the company is full of contradictions. To name some... It's a SaaS company that only cares about short-term revenue as evidenced by constant change in strategic vision and personnel. It has a Product roadmap where items are prioritized and deprioritized every 3-6 months making customer communication difficult. Despite its marketing, it has a non-existent DEI program as evidenced in the composition of the leadership team and in the pay disparity among men and women with identical expertise & experience. It calls employees "family" and yet keeps a revolving door. In fact, the only employees that are treated like family are the actual relatives of the leadership team. I've witnessed 3+ rounds of layoffs, and each time us as employees had to make 2+2=5. We were stuck figuring it out as we go and it was noticeable to all who watched; clients and coworkers alike. And after each round of layoffs, there was no contingency plan. We had to let clients know that such and such person won't be joining our call as they are no longer with the company because there was no proactive messaging and no effort to control a narrative. The first two rounds of layoffs also disproportionately affected women and people of color. All of the above is evidence of severe systemic problems that reside within the Leadership team and the company's investment partner that continue to worsen the customer and employee experience.
