      Nice Peers - Avg. Salary - No IPO

      Pros

      The peers are nice. Sales leadership is empathetic but focused.

      Cons

      Salary is quite average and similar companies are paying minimum 15-20 percent more. RSUs are paper money and IPO is just not on the cards so for now their value is nothing. Travel opportunities are none.
