Pros

Everyone at ThoughtSpot is extremely hard working and strives to do their part in accomplishing our companywide goals. The people who work here are very smart, so being able to surround yourself with those who encourage your growth both within and outside of the company is a great feeling. My team specifically is extremely supportive of one another. We function like a well-oiled machine and are more than happy to help each other out should someone need extra assistance on a project, be taking time off, or just don't have the bandwidth to finish something up within the desired time frame.

Cons

The company could use more diversity across the board, but we are aware of this and are actively finding new ways to expand recruiting to create a more diverse population.
