Great Product/Fake Culture

Pros

Product is great and currently complementing and augmenting existing BI implementations. Not robust enough yet to replace Tableau or Qlik's of the world but in time should be a player in the space.

Cons

Culture is not all about free lunches and a weekly all hands meeting that put people to sleep. The CEO is a micro manager and a bully and does set proper expectations of his direct reports. Career path is a challenge as well especially in sales.

Pros

1. Excellent team across the board: engineering, sales, marketing. 2. Long term vision of building an innovative, path breaking solution. Lots to learn and lot of focus on learning, personal growth. 3. Very open environment, open board meetings, everyone is a stakeholder in decision. 4. Excellent comp + other benefits

Cons

Startup with lots of work. There is lot of emphasis on work life balance, and work commitments often dominate.
