Pros

ThoughtSpot has been an exceedingly satisfying place of work for me - the organization is extremely open (I have the opportunity to engage meaningfully with people throughout the organization - including executives/co-founders), it is meritocratic and open to role diversity - I've worked with Marketing, Engineering, Sales and with customers, and I am not alone.

Cons

The only con that occurs to me is that HQ is in Palo Alto when I would prefer San Francisco - commute is not ideal but you get used to it

Pros

Lots of intelligent people work here who are excited about this product. Even with busy schedules, they take the time to do it right and help answer questions. People enjoy working here and being in the office. The benefits are fantastic!

Cons

While the open seating is good for communication, it can be distracting to work at your desk. Fortunately there are some quiet areas where you can work on more complex problems.

Pros

CEO really cares for everyone at the company. Everyone is a team player. Personally, the perks are definitely why I'm excited to come into work everyday!

Cons

We do have meetings from time to time, and it'll be nice to cut down on some meetings, but overall, it's not too bad in my opinion.
