Pros
1. Impeccable new leadership. Clear objectives and focused approach. 2. Great team members, supportive and flexible work environment 3. Determined to upscale the current workforce. Lots of efforts being put in the same direction. 4. There might be some friction within but clearly teams are coming along well to start good to great journey.
Cons
1. Some teams & areas have very slow decision process. 2. Pass the buck and responsibility to others and hope things move. 3. Some people not open to try to new ways to accomplish the results
