too much bias from european teams - very toxic in this regard
lot of discrimination/bias flowing in from fellow European members if you're in customer facing teams
no internal unity between global teams in front of a customer
european teams unabashedly criticising/downplaying fellow indian member in front of customer
no job security, no guidance in terms of growth - half of the time leadership is coming and leaving, no stability at all in terms of processes too
you'll be left stranded without a manager for over an year and no one will care
unstable org - they keep changing teams, can't decide the roles of teams
they just hire blindfolded, and then fire at their convenience when they realise that this role can't be a fit in the current structure (on top of that, they just keep changing structures every now and then)
they keep firing folks (senior+juniors) and don't even explain if it's due to org changes or performance (usually blame it on performance, because it's the easiest thing to do)
