Pros

I really enjoyed the people, and the product is very cool. Throughout my time I felt valued as an employee and was encouraged to contribute ideas and take on new challenges. The company culture fostered collaboration, learning, and a sense of belonging. I also enjoyed working with the RD for East/Central - James Watson. He is really dedicated and cares for his team and their successes. I'm sincerely grateful for the opportunity to have been a part of such a great team, I left with experiences and lessons that I’ll always appreciate.

Cons

Sales tools/resources Sales Enablement, onboarding, competitive intel could use some support. It always felt like we were a few steps behind.

Creating an environment where people can contribute, grow, and feel a sense of belonging is core to who we are — and it's great to hear that came through for you. Your feedback on onboarding, enablement, and sales tools is well taken. We agree that as we scale, investing in a more robust and repeatable experience — especially for new joiners — is essential. It’s something we’re actively working on and will continue to prioritize. Thanks again for being part of our journey. We're grateful for your contributions and wish you continued success in what’s next.

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We’re glad to hear you’ve found value in the flexibility and benefits we offer — we know those matter. We also want to acknowledge your concern around fairness in recognition. That feedback is important, and we take it seriously. Recognition should be clear, consistent, and tied to impact — not just visibility. As we continue evolving under new leadership, we’re committed to improving how we celebrate contributions across all levels and ensuring people feel seen for their work. If you’re open to it, we’d welcome a conversation to better understand your experience and how we can improve. Thank you again for being part of ThoughtSpot.
