Pros

* Management/leadership is friendly, supportive, and on top of things * Great product and (again) senior leadership * Fast-paced/Challenging * Use of Slack for collaboration * Open-mindedness * Everyone genuinely cares for one another as long they're working hard * Holiday parties * Perks

Cons

Cut throat make or break culture. However, keeps the rhythm going and maintains a fun, upbeat culture (in my opinion)...so not much of a con in my eyes.
