Pros

1. Excellent team across the board: engineering, sales, marketing. 2. Long term vision of building an innovative, path breaking solution. Lots to learn and lot of focus on learning, personal growth. 3. Very open environment, open board meetings, everyone is a stakeholder in decision. 4. Excellent comp + other benefits

Cons

Startup with lots of work. There is lot of emphasis on work life balance, and work commitments often dominate.

Pros

Lots of intelligent people work here who are excited about this product. Even with busy schedules, they take the time to do it right and help answer questions. People enjoy working here and being in the office. The benefits are fantastic!

Cons

While the open seating is good for communication, it can be distracting to work at your desk. Fortunately there are some quiet areas where you can work on more complex problems.

Pros

CEO really cares for everyone at the company. Everyone is a team player. Personally, the perks are definitely why I'm excited to come into work everyday!

Cons

We do have meetings from time to time, and it'll be nice to cut down on some meetings, but overall, it's not too bad in my opinion.
