Pros

Team is fully engaged and motivated to revolutionize their space. No problem is too difficult, and no deadline is too tight. I get to solve hard, worthwhile problems every day. Culture is excellent. Diverse, cohesive team where trust and personal engagement are excellent.

Cons

It's a fast moving startup, so employees with a supportive, efficient life infrastructure will be happiest here.

Pros

Incredible opportunities to learn & grow with the best of the best in the Valley (ex- Googlers, Facebookers, Amazoners, Pentaho-ers, Twitter-ers etc). Great training program, standing (and lowering) desks, catered food and TONS of snacks, gorgeous environment (fountains, sun, lawns), top 10% in terms of pay, unlimited paid vacation, other benefits include covered gym (Equinox!) and transit. Flexible work hours/environment.

Cons

No cons yet! Traveling from SF or Oakland to Palo Alto can be a bit of a drag, but being a part of the company is definitely worth it.

Great Company, People and Future

Pros

- Great people and culture. Everything that was portrayed to me in the interview process has met or exceeded my expectations. - Extremely talented people throughout the company, everyone respects each other and everyone works hard. - Product is disruptive and really will change the BI marketplace. - Benefits are fantastic - No unrealistic expectations for a startup - they really are doing this right. - This is a great company to work for and customers really love the product.

Cons

- At this standpoint nothing worth posting, anything negative really is just a result of being a young company. It will be interesting to see how they can keep the great culture as the company grows.
