Pros

Great place to start your career Leaders are trying to be fair and make right decisions

Cons

Long hours - you are not forced to do it however the share amount of work makes it difficult to not work extra hours and hence your work life balance is next to nonexistent. Your success depends on which department you are a part of, there seems to be different rules and favour given depending on where you sit and who you know Compensation process is unfair and subjective Invisible pressure to be seen by leaders
