Pros

Cons

India leadership unable to recover after a good leader left No empathy in VPs/Sr Directors only politics in India Cabin culture , personal assistant available to high people Multi tenant is mess Hire in Hyderabad and now trivandrum and fire in Bangalore and USA Every people leaving are bad mouthed , all other holy Suddenly people and name disappear, no one told or thank Leaders beg or scold for features, or make boss happy for raise/promotion is key to grow. Good people fired, bad people become promotion for creating and solving customer problems. Many Customer gone. HR is not in India, if good not selected for hr.
