Pros

1. Here engineers really listen to fellow engineer ideas, even they are not completely sound at its first go. This is particularly important when you are new, and just trying to adjust yourself to new company. It helped me a lot on personal level. 2. The product is pretty much used by very big companies, that means that there are always good amount of real world problems at the hand. 3. Work culture allows you to grow at your pace. That is great thing to be, and since it is a startup, you have high exposure to ongoing activities in various teams. That adds a lot to how you want to grow. 4. Palo Alto has great energy that inspires you to work, but Bengaluru office is not far behind. We recently had a lot of experienced hires as well as fresh hires, and work energy at Bengaluru office is turning up.

Cons

1. Since it is a startup, there are many workflows that are not completely sorted out, but it has been getting better. One thing here is that you can do active feedback, and those feedback are taken very seriously here.

Pros

Team members are good. Not the management.

Cons

Most of the good talented folk left the company already. It's a sinking ship with too many processes. They fire twice a year. Upper management openly say things like hire slow fire fast. No innovation. Working on the same old code base which you will be maintaining. 80% of the time will be over fixing bugs. So stay away if you want to learn and grow in the future. If no offer in hand then only join.
