Pros

Compensation and benefits. Nothing Else! One cannot pitch an idea or suggest improvements. Just do as the management wants you to do.

Cons

No direction what management is trying to achieve. Freshers and inexperienced people leading and management has literally no tasks other than micro management. It used to be a really good workplace once. Now with all the pillars of the organisation being either laid off or left, the organisation is in utter mess. Those who are in management are either bringing in their own friends and laying off others. High corporate politics, favouritism(One cannot grow well no matter how much they work) and no worklife balance. No This was once one of the best workplaces.

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We’re glad to hear you’ve found value in the flexibility and benefits we offer — we know those matter. We also want to acknowledge your concern around fairness in recognition. That feedback is important, and we take it seriously. Recognition should be clear, consistent, and tied to impact — not just visibility. As we continue evolving under new leadership, we’re committed to improving how we celebrate contributions across all levels and ensuring people feel seen for their work. If you’re open to it, we’d welcome a conversation to better understand your experience and how we can improve. Thank you again for being part of ThoughtSpot.
