      - Working with smart, dependable and outcome driven people - Starting to become more client focused and true partnering - Starting to take a more holistic approach to technology instead of suggesting cookie cutter solutions

      Too much political correctness, they called those company values, impeded the business. I can't believe they let go of a client because its political views don't match ours. Now people are getting laid off.
