Pros

- nice coworkers, pleasant and diverse

Cons

- terrible management - no growth opportunities - no guidance - flat structure so you have to build your own little tribe. I joined during Covid where this was near impossible to do. It was a terrible time with NO help. no guidance. no assistance whatsoever in terms of career advancement. - when you start they will give you the worst assignment and hint at the lack of choice. You must take the hit the first time. They gave me the one account NO ONE wanted to work on. And it sucked. - They don't care about the employee, only about the account - benefits are hot garbage - the insurance is trash
