Pros

The brand still carries some reputation from the past.

Cons

Extremely woke culture, with the old guard resisting change and resenting new employees who are eager to embrace the change and take the company forward.

Pros

- The people are great to work with- great team energy, collaboration - remote work - flexible hours as long as work got done

Cons

- poor career growth paths - poor transparency (even though they pride themselves on transparency its a trap/allusion. They will tell one person one thing and another person another and then a week later announce something totally different to the company)
