Pros

Nice people. Global market. Growing. Good work life balance.

Cons

Lost most of what made it great originally. Different culture. The culture, practices and methodology that made the company so effective and worth the premium price have not passed on to the new hires. Less different than competing firms than before. Too much focus on growth and revenue and not enough on culture and quality of work. Hardly any real investment in AI and data science. Will take any work these days so less likely to be on an interesting project where you feel you are creating value. Unwilling to walk away from unwinnable situations. No longer a disruptive company. No longer a place for innovators and people with strong opinions. Management has little interest in ideas for improvement that don't result in immediate revenue production.
