ThrivePass is a great company to work for! The team is helpful and collaborative. Everyone's ideas are treated with equal consideration - from the newest new hire to the CEO. The company really embodies the CARE core values.

Cons

ThrivePass is a fast-paced, growing company and is a wonderful place for motivated self-starters. ThrivePass might not be the best fit for someone who prefers rigid structure or hand-holding.

ThrivePass has amazing team members and an unbelievably collaborative environment where people truly have a passion for what they do. It is a pleasure each an every day to get to come to work with people who challenge the organization and each other to grow . This is a rare organization where individuals have a very high degree of personal and team ownership of goals, outcomes and customer experience which is well represented in our customer rates and extraordinary NPS scores. Truly and amazing group of talented and passionate individuals and we are fortunate to have each and every one of them in the ThrivePass family.

Cons

All organizations have opportunities, but with the team we have been able to put together we have been able to accomplish so much! Can't wait to see what the team is able to do next for our customers and for the employee benefits industry.
