Pros

ThrivePass is an organization that is committed to improving people's lives through benefits and that starts with how ThrivePass treats its own employees, ThrivePass truly cares about its employees and this begins at the top with the Leadership Team and I have to say it permeates throughout the entire company. Everyone is cooperative and committed to one another's success and the success of the company.

Cons

I do not have anything to say at this time.

Pros

Working at ThrivePass is an absolute joy. The team consistently adheres to the company’s core values of being courageous, authentic, resourceful, and excellent. I feel fortunate to have found an organization that walks the talk. I work with the CEO often and cannot say enough good things about the person he is. His genuine care for others and the thoughtful and ethical way he conducts himself is admirable. The tone at the top is infectious. I am so impressed by everyone on the team. I truly adore my coworkers and enjoy all the fun and laughs we have together. The opportunities I have been given to grow professionally and personally through my role at ThrivePass astound me, in the best way. Through it all I have been supported by my teammates. I am empowered and appreciated, in a way that I have not found at other organizations. Feedback is frequently solicited from employees and the responses are taken seriously. For example, recently it was clear that more learning and development (L&D) was desired and now there is a focus on offering varying L&D opportunities to the entire team. Additionally, ideas for the company from all levels are encouraged and valued. Finally, the products and services we provide are exciting and will better the world we live in. Our focus on providing a phenomenal customer experience makes me endlessly proud to be part of the team.

Cons

This is a place for A-players. As such, ThrivePass may not be the best fit for someone who cannot self-motivate or work independently.
