Pros

The best part is the company mission, vision of the CEO and overall employee benefits. The onsite cafeteria is a nice perk as well.

Cons

As a not for profit, sometimes the decision making process is so thoughtful, it can feel slow. Pace usually isn't an issue, it can just feel limiting at times because results aren't as quick to see.

Pros

Great culture, benefits, and pay for the area.

Cons

You'll eventually have to leave the company if you want to move up.

Pros

Autonomy to run my practice to fit my style; great local manager; an organization of Christians who help people make wise decisions with their money and live generously.

Cons

Not a "national brand," so beyond Lutherans not that many other Christians have heard of us! Technology an issue, as is back-office support. Be prepared, if you are a solo practitioner, to have to dig deep into your own pockets to finance your business.
