Pros

The office is located in Irving.

Cons

Maybe they had their day when the cloud was new to companies but there has been no growth and no expected growth. The good people are laid off on a regular basis, especially anyone that may be a threat to the façade that management is competent. I'm just buying my time until I relocate.

Pros

This place had a gym and a shower. So, I was able to hit the gym before or after work. It felt nice to have this facility

Cons

The management did not know how to keep the employees happy and content. The pay was low, and the working hours were long. Terrible policies are the reason why many people left. Beware!

Poor leadership, strategy and vision. Slow business growth. Lagging technology direction. No company equity.

Failing to grow is more a function of the funding environment. Thru was very early with its innovative approach and the market was not ready for this. The market has come around sorry you will not be here to take part. lh
