Pros

1 or 2 nice employees, interesting industry, breakfast burritos on Friday mornings were nice.

Cons

CEO is an egotistical liar and coward. Thru is a very small operation with less than 15 full time staff members.

My friend sour grapes for not being a fit in the role you were hired for? Thru has long term employees building a culture that furthers empowerment. Thru is hard but fare and intended for anyone with self-reliance and willing to work. Very few people get terminated usually terminating themselves.

Pros

The company culture. It's collaborative and everybody has a "What can I do to help" attitude. I like having the opportunity to do work in other departments and be allowed to share in the creativity and cross-functional knowledge. The Las Colinas office is in a growing area next to a lake. The building has a gym and showers. The Thru office provides for leisure amenities making it fun to be at the office, which it turns drive productivity. The company provides good health benefits and company matching retirement investment plans. In today's industry, it's hard to find good companies to work for like Thru. There are zero politics in the company and everybody is open and honest. Leadership works hard to make sure employees are able to perform at their best.

Cons

When you work in a fast growing industry you have to deal with it's side effects. You have to be able to change directions fast and juggle multiple tasks. it can be tough at times. If you can't adapt, you will feel out of place quickly, which leads so the less favorable reviews that I've read.

Pros

The management here goes above and beyond to help their employees. The culture is very laid back (e.g. free snacks, ping pong tournaments, happy hours). There is a Dallas train station (DART) right outside the building so you have multiple commute options. The employees are friendly and everyone frequently collaborates to get things done. Lots of opportunity to grow and learn new skills.

Cons

It could take some time to adjust if you aren't used to a fast-paced environment that requires wearing multiple hats at times.
