      Great for Engineers, not so much for the others.

      Pros

      The company has great employee benefits, which is the only reason the employees continue to work there.

      Cons

      The upper management should treat the employees with respect, this is one of the causes of many people quitting the company. Most people are pushed around and are not allowed to voice their opinions.The only non engineering team in the company is treated like they have no lives outside the office. Are forced to do what the upper management wants, whether this demand is reasonable or not. The salary hike was terrible.
