      Pros

      Smart people, cool products, exciting industry. Good perks to being an employee including a free Tivo and the opportunity to beta test future products.

      Cons

      Lack of accountability for decisions and uncertainty about the future of the company due to potential Rovi acquisition.

      Super fun! Great people! They all care and they're passionate about what they do.

      Weird time. Right now they are undergoing a purchase. They've been bought out. People are a little nervous and unhappy.
