      Great work environment. Fun but we work hard. In my 10 years here, many challenges and opportunities. My voice is heard and my input is valued.

      Pros

      Good employees with good ideas, and a great product. The company pays well for the area. The company tries to hold events to build a strong culture amongst employees

      Cons

      Bad management, doesn't listen to employee feedback. The execs have a lack of direction for the future of the company. Additionally a lot of execs have a long tenure and seem to lack the desire to change things up
