Recent expansion in Bengaluru resulting in lot of disparity in compensation and benefits between old employees and new hires and the management is least interested about fixing them. They, in fact, want to fill the positions at whatever cost it takes without thinking about the disparity they are introducing with the existing employees. Similarly, certain Business Units are getting favorable compensation and bonus while one or two are completely left behind. New QA managers are getting more benefits than Engineering Managers who have worked here for few years. The same applies to Senior Software Engineers and Senior QA. That's not the least, there is disparity in compensation within the software engineering roles and engineering managers roles as well.
