      Laid back company with a mindset from the 2000s

      Pros

      Lot of talented engineers and experienced Directors to lead the way Work pressure is minimal Being a mid-size company, you get good visibility

      Cons

      CEO is still focussed on Cable Operators and Cable Television, while the rest of the industry is focussing on building technologies focussed on Internet based Streaming (easily evident from the every dropping stock price) Along with the highly talented Architects, Principal Engineers and Directors, there are also people who make you doubt if you chose the right company to join

      Pros

      Good place to work. Lots of great people. Very welcoming environment. Everyone did there most to make coming to work enjoyable.

      Cons

      Long hours for me at least. I started at the bottom so I had to prove myself. But it took a while.

      Pros

      Pretty good perks, Friendly people, relaxed atmosphere, small company events, some free (or almost) snacks, fruit, and sometimes meals.

      Cons

      Management is a mess, too many layers of middle managers or executives unsure of what they want to do. Disappointing productivity due to lack of committed budget, direction, and priorities.
