Pros
TiVo is a fun place to work at. People are friendly, passionate about what they do, and it's a fun industry at the end of the day. It's a environment that encourages team work.
Cons
Senior management can't seem to figure out how to make the business model work. TiVo is relying too much on the good brand it has built in the past and the product it built 10 years ago. And we continue to lose to the competition without clear direction from mgmt how to get out of the downward spiral.
