      Pros

      Good work life balance. Competitive salaries. Company parties.

      Cons

      Very hard to get promoted. The promotional cycle varies from 5 to 10 years. Until then you are buried. Surprisingly some managerial people are getting promoted quickly. Slowly the best people are leaving the company. Also, there is no single focused direction. Trying on multiple directions.Very hard to get promoted. The promotional cycle varies from 5 to 10 years.       Pros

      Great place if you want to make have an impact and grow. Lots of opportunities within and the company allows upward mobility. Fairly flexible culture where people have work life balance. Good benefits.

      Cons

      Very top heavy for this size company. There are just too many VPs in the company. Executives should mingle more with all level of employees. During any kind of fun event (company holiday, summer BBQ, etc) you will see all the executives hang out in a circle vs. walking around and get to know other employees.
