      1. Good work happening at very slow pace

      Cons

      1. Old people struck in late 90s practices 2. Work pace is slow and demotivating 3. During lay-offs younger lot is let go while people in 60s struggling to keep up with pace were retained 4. NO optimization in work, people are seen doing redoing work repeatedly

      Super fun! Great people! They all care and they're passionate about what they do.

      Cons

      Weird time. Right now they are undergoing a purchase. They've been bought out. People are a little nervous and unhappy.
