      * friendly, helpful workers * family-focused environment with huge celebrations for Halloween, Summer BBQ, Winter Holidays and their own Blue Moon Holiday * decent salary and benefits * awesome products and service

      Cons

      currently undergoing management changes and layoffs leaving employees that are left there with overloaded with work and no plan alleviate the workload.

      Pros

      TiVo's culture is very family-friendly. Employees usually just need to let others know at the last minute that they need to go away for a few hours to take care of something or work at home that day, without seeking any approval.

      Cons

      TiVo's stock price has been stagnant over the years and has been declining lately. Not an encouraging sign.
