      Pros

      It is an exciting time to be at TiVo, as the company continues to innovate and reinvent itself! There is a lot of focus on creativity and new ideas, all the while increasing the company's operational maturity and effectiveness. New leadership and talent is infusing the culture with different thinking and ideas. No question there are growing pains and hiccups as we work to more fully involve and integrate the amazing talent we've come to know through several mergers and acquisitions over the years.

      Cons

      There still is a lot of bureaucracy and red tape, seemingly in place more to preserve someone's sense of power rather than being truly value added to the business. There still is too much board focus on quarterly results and share price, which has the effect of dampening creativity and innovation. Leadership has a lot of maturing to do.

      Depending on your supervisor work-life balance may suffer. Corporate is always trying to trim the budget.
