      Great people, good environment. There are still a few good people left trying their best.

      Cons

      Sadly, the old charm of TiVo is disappearing. Slow processes. Many of the strongest players have left.

      Pros

      Great place to work during my time there. Had opportunity to constantly grow, worked with lots of smart engineers dedicated to making TiVo better and better.

      Cons

      Salary slightly lower then market average. Layoffs occurred without notice.
