      Pros

      Very family-oriented work place that offers great work/life balance. Very nice people to work with and the product is interesting (who doesn't like TV?!)

      Cons

      TiVo products have lost a bit of their competitive edge against lower-end cable DVR, and the company is struggle to come up with innovate and competitively-priced products to gain more market share. With upcoming acquisition by Rovi, the company's future is yet to be determined.

      Pros

      Great people and friendly environment, really enjoy working here. I've had a great experience here. Like the fruit baskets delivered weekly.

      Cons

      Due to the small size of the company, TiVo doesn't have stringent guidelines or structure so it sometimes causes frustration for new comers and learning.
