      The people here are great! Extremely supportive environment, great product, good work/life balance. Career growth and employees sharing their ideas is encouraged.

      Pros

      Great company events and overall culture. Open discussion is encouraged. You are given free reign to work freely as long as you hit your deliverables in a timely fashion.

      Cons

      Processes are frequently violated, causing the production value to suffer considerably during development. This leaves very little time to thoroughly test the product before it is released. The company used to focus on even the smallest bugs in order to keep the customer experience top notch but small bugs now die on the vine if there aren't enough complaints.
