      Food and Salary. Need to right five words, but can't even think of. :(

      A company that used to respect employees when it was Rovi, and drastically changed with the acquisition of TiVo, and now taken over by Xperi. Layoffs is so frequent, and you can't predict the future. Leaders aren't visionary. They don't see the outcome of a quarter, forget about the future roadmap. The HR's in Bangalore are worst. They are getting paid simply without doing anything.
