Some good leaders, people passionate about the products. Nice facilities.

Cons

IT infrastructure is obsolete, and the Board and Executive Management are too cheap to upgrade it to something useful. In fact, the Board and Executive Management are the worst things about this company - only thing they care about is the stock price. Very little care for the employees themselves.

Awesome company to work for. The best job I've had this far (of four). Smart, ambitious colleagues. Not micro-managed. Great pay.

None really. Pity that CEO, Enrique, left after just one year.
